Australian Speedcar Pro Series resumes December 7

Murray Bridge Speedway's Tim Crouch Memorial has fast become one of the premier Speedcar races in the country. In 2013, the blue ribbon event will feature as one of the crown jewels in the Speedcar Pro Series Calendar.
Now entering its fourth year, the event pays tribute to the life of Tim Crouch and his contributions to karting, speedway and the Murray Bridge and SA Speedcar Clubs.
Crouch was tragically killed in a 2010 car accident while travelling to work. Such was Tim's connection to the club and the sport, his funeral was held at the Murray Bridge Speedway.
In November of 2010, the inaugural Tim Crouch Memorial was held and the event has grown every year since, with interstate and international drivers travelling to compete.
A special part of the evening will be the Super 7 Lap Dash, with seven laps representing Tim's car number. The top seven drivers at the conclusion of heat racing will draw for positions on the infield, with the finishing positions determining the feature race grid.
Regretfully there will not be a large U.S. presence due to the Battle at the Center taking place the same day in DuQuoin, IL
Previous hotshot winners of the Tim Crouch Memorial include New Zealand's Michael Pickens, Travis Mills of Victoria and Mark Brown of NSW.
