KUHN WILL HANG IT OUT AT THE CHILI BOWL, THEN HANG IT UP

According to a Brad Kuhn Tweet, he will retire following the Chili Bowl.  Brad was recently honored at the annual Badger Midget Auto Racing Association awards at the Angell Park Pavilion for winning the Badger Midget Championship, his 4th (2006, '07, '11), each with a different car owner.  Kuhn's season was highlighted by a feature victory and eleven top three feature finishes in the nineteen race schedule.

Brad captured the 2005 National Midget Driver of the year Championship using consistency and 10 victories.  The Avon, Indiana native posted wins in five series and scored 29 top-three finishes in 59 feature starts. Kuhn who also captured the USAC Regional Midget Car Series Championship, and outdistanced 1999 NMDOTY runner-up  Jerry Coons and 541 drivers to win the honors.
In 2006 Brad repeated with a second National Midget Driver of the year Championship, posting twelve feature wins, he finished 92 points ahead of runner-up Jerry Coons Jr. and captured the Badger Midget and POWRi Midget Series titles .

Kuhn also ranked high the National Midget Driver of the year Championship with second place finishes in 07 and 09, third in 2010, and fourth in 2008.
